If you were not satisfied of jewelry you received, we offer you the opportunity within fourteen days of receipt of your order, return, as described below, your jewelry they are either:

- Exchanged or replaced,
- Over and repaid.

This procedure does not apply to piercings, to custom jewelry, special fabrications, with engraved jewelery, already worn jewelery, Guess and Shamballa jewelry, which can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Refund


Ysora will reimburse you the amount of your order, net of transport costs and insurance, within fifteen days of receipt of your return.
